Sa wakas ay natagpuan na ni Jomari ang babaing nais niyang makasama habang-buhay. Pero namatay naman ito bago pa man sila ikasal. The loss left him devastated and bitter. Then he finds out that his fiancee was a heart donor and that in fact, her heart is now beating healthily inside another woman's body. Anger and despair drives him to meet this woman who is alive while his fiancee is dead!
